form) is $20.00. Registration at the door is $25.00. If there is
more than one person in your party, each additional attendee pays $10.00. The fee includes all printed materials.
Exceptions For All Day and Two Part Workshops:
On line registration (registration
form) is $35.00. Registration at the door is $40.00. Each
additional attendee in your party pays $20.00. The fee includes all printed materials.
To register for a SCORE workshop, fill out the form, make a copy for your records, and submit the form. Bring your check to the Workshop made payable to “SCORE Chapter 78”, or mail it to the following address no later than one week prior to the scheduled date:

| NOTE: Occasionally it is necessary to cancel a workshop due to inclement weather, insufficient confirmed registration, or other reasons. In such cases, a cancellation notice will be posted on this page and we will attempt to notify all mail and phone registrants and refund registration fees. We therefore recommend registration by mail (with payment) at least one week prior to the scheduled date of the workshop. Please check this Webpage on the morning your workshop is scheduled for any cancellation notices. |
